When should the one who is serving water drink?

حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمُخْتَارِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي أَوْفَى، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏ ‏ ‏.‏
"‏ سَاقِيَ الْقَوْمِ آخِرُهُمْ شُرْبًا ‏"
Abdullah ibn AbuAwfa:

The Prophet (ﷺ) said: The supplier of the people is the last (man) to drink.
