Skin Of Dead Animals

باب فِي أُهُبِ الْمَيْتَةِ

حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ لَمْ يَذْكُرْ مَيْمُونَةَ قَالَ فَقَالَ ‏ ‏ ‏.‏ ثُمَّ ذَكَرَ مَعْنَاهُ لَمْ يَذْكُرِ الدِّبَاغَ ‏.‏
"‏ أَلاَ انْتَفَعْتُمْ بِإِهَابِهَا ‏"
The tradition mentioned above has also been transmitted by al-Zuhri who did not mention Maimunah. This version has:

He said: Why did you not make use of it ? He then mentioned the rest of the tradition to the same effect but did not mention tanning.
