باب إِذَا كَانَ بَيْنَ الإِمَامِ وَبَيْنَ الْقَوْمِ حَائِطٌ أَوْ سُتْرَةٌ
Al-Hasan said, "There is no harm in offering Salat (prayer) if there is a river between you and the Imam." Abu Mijlaz said, "One can follow the Imam even if there is a road or a wall between the Imam and followers provided the Takbir (Allahu Akbar) is audible."
وَقَالَ الْحَسَنُ لاَ بَأْسَ أَنْ تُصَلِّيَ وَبَيْنَكَ وَبَيْنَهُ نَهْرٌ.
وَقَالَ أَبُو مِجْلَزٍ يَأْتَمُّ بِالإِمَامِ وَإِنْ كَانَ بَيْنَهُمَا طَرِيقٌ أَوْ جِدَارٌ إِذَا سَمِعَ تَكْبِيرَ الإِمَامِ.
