باب هَلْ يَشْتَرِي صَدَقَتَهُ
There is no harm in buying what was given as Zakat by someone else, for the Prophet ﷺ; forbade the alms-giver (particularly) to buy what he himself had given in charity, but he did not forbid others to buy it.
وَلاَ بَأْسَ أَنْ يَشْتَرِيَ صَدَقَتَهُ غَيْرُهُ لأَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّمَا نَهَى الْمُتَصَدِّقَ خَاصَّةً عَنِ الشِّرَاءِ وَلَمْ يَنْهَ غَيْرَهُ.
