باب مَا يَأْكُلُ مِنَ الْبُدْنِ وَمَا يُتَصَدَّقُ
Ibn ‘Umar رضي الله عنه said : “The animals slaughtered as a penalty for hunting (illegally) and the animal offered because of a vow should not be eaten by the person who has offered them, but he can eat from other kinds of offerings (as Hady). And ‘Ata’ said, “It is permissible to eat and let others eat the meat of the (Hady) animals sacrificed for Hajj-at-Tamattu‘.”
وَقَالَ عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ أَخْبَرَنِي نَافِعٌ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا لاَ يُؤْكَلُ مِنْ جَزَاءِ الصَّيْدِ وَالنَّذْرِ، وَيُؤْكَلُ مِمَّا سِوَى ذَلِكَ.
وَقَالَ عَطَاءٌ يَأْكُلُ وَيُطْعِمُ مِنَ الْمُتْعَةِ.
