‘Ata’ said, “There is no harm if water goes in the throat and one is unable to bring it out while putting it in the nose and then blowing it out.”
Al-Hasan said, “If a fly enters one’s throat (while one is observing Saum), there is no harm in it.” Al-Hasan and Mujahid said, “If one has sexual intercourse forgetfully (with one’s wife) then no penalty will be imposed on him.”
