باب النَّجْشِ
Ibn Abi Awfa said, “One who practices Najsh is a Riba-eating traitor.” And such a practice is a false trick which is forbidden, and the Prophet ﷺ said, “Deception would lead to the Fire (Hell) and whoever does a deed which we have not ordered (anyone) to do (or is not in accord with our religion of Islamic Monotheism) then that deed will not be accepted."
وَمَنْ قَالَ لاَ يَجُوزُ ذَلِكَ الْبَيْعُ.
وَقَالَ ابْنُ أَبِي أَوْفَى النَّاجِشُ آكِلُ رِبًا خَائِنٌ. وَهْوَ خِدَاعٌ بَاطِلٌ، لاَ يَحِلُّ. قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «الْخَدِيعَةُ فِي النَّارِ، وَمَنْ عَمِلَ عَمَلاً لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ أَمْرُنَا فَهْوَ رَدٌّ».
