Al-Hasan and Ibn Sirin state that a labourer should be given a share from the war booty. Atiyya bin Qais hired a horse for half of its share (of the war booty). The share of the horse amounted to four hundred Dinar, so he retained two hundred and gave two hundred to the owner of the horse.
