Bulugh al-Maram 117
زَادَ اَلْحَاكِمُ: { فَإِنَّهُ أَنْشَطُ لِلْعَوْدِ } 1‏ .‏
A-Hakim added:

“Ablution makes one active for repeating (the sexual act).”
