Bulugh al-Maram 118
وَلِلْأَرْبَعَةِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهَا قَالَتْ: { كَانَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ ‏- صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏-يَنَامُ وَهُوَ جُنُبٌ, مِنْ غَيْرِ أَنْ يَمَسَّ مَاءً } وَهُوَ مَعْلُول ٌ 1‏ .‏
‘Aisha (rad):

Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) used to sleep in the state of sexual impurity without touching water. [Reported by Al-Arba’a. This Hadith is defective].
