Wiping over Socks

باب المسح على الخفين

Bulugh al-Maram 59
وَلِلْأَرْبَعَةِ عَنْهُ إِلَّا النَّسَائِيَّ: { أَنَّ اَلنَّبِيَّ ‏- صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏-مَسَحَ أَعْلَى اَلْخُفِّ وَأَسْفَلَهُ } وَفِي إِسْنَادِهِ ضَعْف ٌ 1‏ .‏
by Al-Arba’a except An-Nasa’i:

The Prophet (ﷺ) wiped over the upper part of the leather socks and the under part of it. [In its chain of narrators there is weakness].
