Hadith 40
إِلَيَّ.‏ وَفِي هَذَا اَلْحَدِيثِ: { أَنَّ رَجُلًا شَهِدَ عَلَيْهِ أَنَّهُ رَآهُ يَتَقَيَّأْ اَلْخَمْرَ, فَقَالَ عُثْمَانُ: إِنَّهُ لَمْ يَتَقَيَّأْهَا حَتَّى شَرِبَهَا } 1‏ .‏
In this hadith also a man witnessed that he had seen him vomiting wine, 'Uthman (RAA) said:

'He would not have vomited it, unless that he had drunk it.'
