Bulugh al-Maram 1417
وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ‏- رضى الله عنه ‏- أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ ‏- صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏-قَالَ: { } رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ, وَابْنُ مَاجَه ْ 1‏ .‏
"لَا تَجُوزُ شَهَادَةُ بَدَوِيٍّ عَلَى صَاحِبِ قَرْيَةٍ"
Abu Hurairah (RA):

He heard Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) say. "The testimony of a bedouin against a city dweller is not permissible." [Reported by Abu Dawud and Ibn Majah].
