Hadith 292
وَلِابْنِ حِبَّانَ: { مَنْ أَدْرَكَ اَلصُّبْحَ وَلَمْ يُوتِرْ فَلَا وِتْرَ لَهُ } 1‏ .‏
Ibn Hibban has:

'Whosoever reaches the dawn, and he did not offer Witr, then there is no Witr for him.'
