Book 2: The Book of Prayer

وَعَنِ اَلْحَكَمِ بْنِ حَزْنٍ ‏- رضى الله عنه ‏- قَالَ: { شَهِدْنَا الْجُمُعَةَ مَعَ اَلنَّبِيِّ ‏- صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏-فَقَامَ مُتَوَكِّئًا عَلَى عَصًا أَوْ قَوْسٍ } رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد َ 1‏ .‏

English

al-Hakam bin Hazn (RA):

We attended the Friday prayer with the Prophet (ﷺ) and he (ﷺ) stood leaning on a staff or a bow. [Reported by Abu Dawud].
