Hadith 112
وَعَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ, عَنْ أَبِيهِ, عَنْ جَدِّهِ; أَنَّ رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ ‏- صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏-قَالَ: { لَا يَجُوزُ لِاِمْرَأَةٍ عَطِيَّةٌ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ زَوْجِهَا }
'Amr bin Shu'aib on his father'ss authority from his grandfather (RA):

Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: "It is not permissible to give a gift without her husband's permission."
