Hadith 41
عَنْ عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا 1‏ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ ‏- صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏-{ مِنْ قُتِلَ دُونَ مَالِهِ فَهُوَ شَهِيدٌ } رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ, وَالنَّسَائِيُّ, وَاَلتِّرْمِذِيُّ وَصَحَّحَهُ 2‏ .‏
'Abdullah bin 'Umar narrated that The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:

“He who is killed while defending his property is considered a martyr.” Related by Abu Dawud An-Nasa’i and At-Tirmidhi who graded it as Sahih.
