The sexually impure person sleeping as he is without touching water

باب فِي الْجُنُبِ يَنَامُ كَهَيْئَتِهِ لاَ يَمَسُّ مَاءً ‏

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الصَّبَّاحِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنِ الأَسْوَدِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ يُجْنِبُ ثُمَّ يَنَامُ وَلاَ يَمَسُّ مَاءً حَتَّى يَقُومَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فَيَغْتَسِلَ ‏.‏
It was narrated that 'Aishah said:

"The Messenger of Allah would become sexually impure and then sleep without water until he got up later on and taken a bath."
