وَعَنْ أَبِي رَافِعٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «الْجَارُ أَحَقُّ بِسَقَبِهِ» . رَوَاهُ البُخَارِيّ

Abu Rafi ‘reported God’s Messenger as saying, “The neighbour has the best claim by reason of his being near.” Bukhari transmitted it.
