Killing Apostates and People who Strive to cause Mischief - Section 1

وَعَنْ جَرِيرٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِذَا أَبَقَ الْعَبْدُ إِلَى الشِّرْكِ فقد حلَّ دَمه» . رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد

English

Jarir reported the Prophet as saying, “When a slave runs away and reverts to polytheism he may lawfully be killed.” Abu Dawud transmitted it.
