باب قسمة الغنائم والغلول فيها - الفصل الأول

Mishkat al-Masabih 4001
عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيّ
" إِنَّ اللَّهَ فَضَّلَنِي عَلَى الْأَنْبِيَاءِ أَوْ قَالَ: فَضَّلَ أُمَّتِي عَلَى الْأُمَمِ وأحلَّ لنا الْغَنَائِم "
Abu Umama reported the Prophet as saying, “God has given me superiority over the prophets,” or as saying, “has given my people superiority over other peoples and made spoils lawful to us.” Tirmidhi transmitted it.
