Chapter 25

The pilgrim performing Qiran should not exit Ihram except when the pilgrims performing Ifrad exit Ihram

باب بَيَانِ أَنَّ الْقَارِنَ لاَ يَتَحَلَّلُ إِلاَّ فِي وَقْتِ تَحَلُّلِ الْحَاجِّ الْمُفْرِدِ ‏

وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ حَفْصَةَ، - رضى الله عنها - قَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ‏.‏ بِمِثْلِ حَدِيثِ مَالِكٍ ‏ ‏ ‏.‏
"‏ فَلاَ أَحِلُّ حَتَّى أَنْحَرَ ‏"
Hafsa (Allah be pleased with her) said:

Messenger of Allah; the rest of the hadith is the same and (the concluding words of the Holy Prophet):" I won't put off Ihram until I have sacrificed the animal."
