Chapter 6

The woman who has been irrevocably divorced is not entitled to spending

باب الْمُطَلَّقَةُ ثَلاَثًا لاَ نَفَقَةَ لَهَا ‏‏

وَحَدَّثَنِي حَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْحُلْوَانِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، عَنِ السُّدِّيِّ، عَنِ الْبَهِيِّ، عَنْ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ قَيْسٍ، قَالَتْ طَلَّقَنِي زَوْجِي ثَلاَثًا فَلَمْ يَجْعَلْ لِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم سُكْنَى وَلاَ نَفَقَةً ‏.‏
Fatima bint Qais (Allah be pleased with her) reported:

My husband divorced me with three pronouncements and Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) made no provision for lodging and maintenance allowance.
