Who is more entitled to lead the prayer

وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الرَّبِيعِ الزَّهْرَانِيُّ، وَخَلَفُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ ‏.‏
