Entering Makkah Without Ihram

باب دُخُولِ مَكَّةَ بِغَيْرِ إِحْرَامٍ

أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم دَخَلَ مَكَّةَ وَعَلَيْهِ الْمِغْفَرُ فَقِيلَ ابْنُ خَطَلٍ مُتَعَلِّقٌ بِأَسْتَارِ الْكَعْبَةِ ‏.‏ فَقَالَ ‏ ‏ ‏.‏
"‏ اقْتُلُوهُ ‏"
It was narrated from Ansas that the Prophet entered Makkah wearing a helmet. It was said that Ibn Katal was haging on to the drapes of the Kabah and he said:

"Kill him."
