باب مَا لاَ قَطْعَ فِيهِ ‏‏

أَخْبَرَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ، قَالَ قَالَ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ ‏ ‏.‏
"‏ لَيْسَ عَلَى الْمُخْتَلِسِ قَطْعٌ ‏"
It was narrated from Jabir that the Messenger of Allah said:

"The hand of the pilferer is not to be cut off."
