أَخْبَرَنَا سُوَيْدٌ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، عَنِ الصَّعْقِ بْنِ حَزْنٍ، قَالَ كَتَبَ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ إِلَى عَدِيِّ بْنِ أَرْطَاةَ كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ .
English
It was narrated that As-Sa'q bin Hazn said:
"Umar bin 'Abdul-'Aziz wrote to 'Adiy bin Artah (saying): 'Every intoxicant is unlawful.'"
