Khamr is a Drink (Made) of Unripe Dates and Dried Dates

باب اسْتِحْقَاقِ الْخَمْرِ لِشَرَابِ الْبُسْرِ وَالتَّمْرِ

أَخْبَرَنَا الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ، عَنْ شَيْبَانَ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ مُحَارِبِ بْنِ دِثَارٍ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏ ‏‏.‏
"‏ الزَّبِيبُ وَالتَّمْرُ هُوَ الْخَمْرُ ‏"
It was narrated from Jabir that:

The Prophet [SAW] said: "Raisins and dried dates are Khamr."
