Prohibition of Carrying the Qur'an into the Land of Enemy

باب النهي عن المسافرة بالمصحف إلى بلاد الكفار إذا خيف وقوعه بأيدي العدو

Riyad as-Salihin 1794
عن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما قال‏:‏ ‏ ‏ ‏(‏‏(‏متفق عليه‏)‏‏)‏‏.‏
"‏نهى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أن يسافر بالقرآن إلى أرض العدو‏"
Ibn 'Umar (May Allah be pleased with them) said:

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) forbade travelling to the land of the enemy carrying the Qur'an.[Al-Bukhari and Muslim].
