حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبَّادُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الْمُهَزَّمِ، قَالَ صَحِبْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ عَشْرَ سِنِينَ فَسَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ ‏ ‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ ‏.‏ وَرَوَاهُ بَعْضُهُمْ بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يَرْفَعْهُ ‏.‏ وَأَبُو الْمُهَزَّمِ اسْمُهُ يَزِيدُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ وَضَعَّفَهُ شُعْبَةُ ‏.‏
"‏ مَنْ تَبِعَ جَنَازَةً وَحَمَلَهَا ثَلاَثَ مَرَّاتٍ فَقَدْ قَضَى مَا عَلَيْهِ مِنْ حَقِّهَا ‏"
Abu Muhazzim said:

"I accompanied Abu Hurairah for ten years, and I heard him saying: 'I heard the Messenger of Allah saying: "Whoever follows a funeral, and carries it three times, then he has fulfilled the right that is required from him."
