باب مَا جَاءَ فِيمَنْ يَرِثُ الْوَلاَءَ

حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، قال: حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏ ‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ لَيْسَ إِسْنَادُهُ بِالْقَوِيِّ ‏.‏
"‏ يَرِثُ الْوَلاَءَ مَنْ يَرِثُ الْمَالَ ‏"
Amr bin Shu'aib narrated from his father, from his grandfather, that the Messenger of Allah(S.A.W) said:

"The one who inherits the Wala is the one who inherits the wealth."
