What Has Been Related About How Much Response Is Given To The Sneezing Person

باب مَا جَاءَ كَمْ يُشَمَّتُ الْعَاطِسُ

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عِكْرِمَةُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، عَنْ إِيَاسِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَحْوَهُ إِلاَّ أَنَّهُ قَالَ لَهُ فِي الثَّالِثَةِ ‏ ‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ هَذَا أَصَحُّ مِنْ حَدِيثِ ابْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ ‏.‏
"‏ أَنْتَ مَزْكُومٌ ‏"
(Another chain) from Iyas bin Salamah from his father, from the Prophet (ﷺ) with similar narration, except that he said to him the third time:

"You are suffering from a cold." [He said:] And this is more correct than the narration of Ibn Al-Mubarak.
